OUR GOAL FOR 2008

To produce 8 staged readings in 2008, raising money and awareness for ten local/regional Los Angeles based charities. These one/two night readings will not just be at the traditional theatrical house. We look forward to partnering with a variety of unique groups and venues that have a passion for the charities we will be aiding. 100% of the proceeds raised at the event is given to our chosen charities.

Our first two charities in 2008 will be:

The Roy and Patricia Disney Cancer Center at Providence/St. Joseph Hospital in Burbank

Los Angeles Region FOOD BANK

For our first few events, the staged readings may be presented from previously produced material. Our long term goal is to have either our writer/members or, with an upcoming affiliation with a writer’s group, create original material for most of our staged readings.
